T. Tirumaleswara Rao, Director  Mr. Rao is the Director of Value Add Knowledge Services responsible for all finance and financial strategy related functions at VAK. He has over 10 years of experience in handling General Management and F & A functions for various Manufacturing and ITeS firms. Before joining VAK, Mr. Rao was the Managing Director of Durga Diary Limited. Mr. Rao has been involved in turn around of several projects successfully. By Profession, Mr. Rao is Chartered Accountant.
Narendra Kumar Saranam, Director  Narendra is the Director of Value Add Knowledge Services. Before joining VAK, Narendra an Executive Director of Apex Solutions Limited, Guntur & Vijayawada, an ITeS Company. Naredra is responsible for building and managing the company since its inception in the year 1998. As a result of his hard work, the company won Best Exporters Award for VJW – GNT region from State Government (Andhra Pradesh) for the financial years 2004 – 05 & 2005 – 06. In the year 2003, the company was awarded Apex's Best Operations Improvement Award and in the year 2004 the company awarded Apex's Best Innovation Award. Narendra holds a MBA degree and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications.
